Next Generation Leadership Development

IACE will pursue an active role in seeing that tomorrow’s leaders develop strong skills that serves educational, ecclesial and missional entities. Next-Generation Leadership Development through the IACE will address the complex challenges of a secularized, pluralized, and privatized 21st century world. The IACE will develop collaborative and kingdom-focused leadership for the benefit of a variety of entities, including:

  • Seminaries

  • Colleges and Universities

  • Educationally focused Parachurch Organizations

  • Gap Year Programs

  • EE-12 (Early Education through Grade 12) schools and programs

Priorities for this work include leadership development, faculty development, the advancement of the Christian intellectual tradition, advocacy for legal and governmental matters (particularly those associated with religious liberty matters) and opportunities to initiate partnerships for student programs.

Another consideration is situational leadership development initiatives for new presidents and administrators, as well as those identified as prospective and emerging leaders. Drawing upon the IACE’s international collaboration, these strategies flow from cross-cultural and contextually based leadership models.

We find ways to work together that guide efforts toward faithful, effective, and efficient service while seeking to reduce duplication. We seek an enhancement of Great Commandment, Great Commission, and Cultural Mandate programs and partnerships.

These initiatives are in their formative stages. If you would like to contribute to the effort, please complete the form on the Contact page.
